Standard Poodles of Grandeur: Ch Targa Lady Blair

Blair was my first female, which is referred to as my "foundation bitch".
She came from the Targa Kennel owned by Patti Jason in Michigan.
When I attended her first show I can vividly remember her winning every time she
entered the ring.
I was so excited, I called my mentor when I got home and told her that Blair had
won a blue ribbon, then a purple ribbon and finally a blue and white ribbon.
I had no idea what they meant but I was really happy.
I knew it was something special, especially for a puppy but had no idea of how
special.
My mentor, who was very patient with me shared the meaning of each and I was then
sure I had the right foundation bitch to start my Grandeur line.
She is a black Standard Poodle and has produced the following champion puppies:

Blair was an exemplary mother and best friend to our first standard, Titan.

retired from motherhood for five years now,
Her life now consists of playing with grand puppies and enjoying life.
